Create Your Personal Retreat and Enhance Your Home’s Value

Bathroom Remodeling by Rockwood Homes Inc. | Bellflower, CA

Why Renovate Instead of Relocate?

In today’s economic climate, where mortgage rates have more than doubled since 2020 and home prices have soared, upgrading your existing home is not just a choice—it’s a necessity.

For many California homeowners, the new monthly payment on a new 30-year mortgage can now be several times higher than continuing with their current rates. Bathroom remodeling with Rockwood Homes offers a financially savvy alternative to the daunting expense and hassle of moving.

The Smart Financial Decision

Renovating your existing bathroom can significantly increase the value and functionality of your home without the overwhelming costs associated with buying anew.

As mortgage rates continue to rise and the real estate market becomes increasingly competitive, investing in your current property is a prudent decision that can yield substantial returns.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Rockwood Homes has done multiple projects for us in Long Beach. Alan is very honest and has a high level of expertise. Not only did he do a great job on our kitchen remodel he also bailed us out from a bad experience with another contractor (who was recommended by a friend). Alan came in and redid the inferior below standard work and was very fair when it came to price.

We are looking at another project and will definitely work with Alan again. He is easy to work with and offers up ideas to make your finished work even better than we first imagined.

I can tell you from experience that there are some unprofessional contractors out there doing business and fortunately for us Alan is one of the excellent ones. Would strongly recommend his company.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had an amazing experience with Rockwood Homes. We worked directly with Alan. Complete remodel of kitchen and bathroom...we started from the ground up...literally. Alan has top notch trades people (electrical, plumbing, carpentry, tile, etc). And Alan has such integrity and always went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with the work. We will work with him again.

Highly recommend Alan to anyone that needs a General Contractor to manage all details of a construction project. He is honest, reliable and very knowledgeable.

Would definitely use again. I’ve been in the commercial construction industry for nearly 20 years and his team did a stellar job on my home repairs.
